Job Title: Ammonia Refrigeration Technician (Technical Assessor)

Location: Central Florida (Travel to Publix facilities as needed)
Schedule: Part-time / Contract (Approx. 1 week per month through end of year)

We are seeking an experienced Ammonia Refrigeration Technician with a strong background in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems to support a technical assessment project for Publix. This is not a teaching or training role - the focus is on evaluating technical knowledge and hands-on capability of existing refrigeration technicians in warehouse and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site assessments of refrigeration technicians' technical knowledge and practical skills.

Evaluate understanding of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems used in manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

Observe, verify, and document technician competency across areas such as system operation, troubleshooting, and safety compliance.

Provide objective feedback and assessment results to the project team.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all evaluations.
