Education
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Degree in Optics or a related field preferred but not required
Experience
7+ years in optics (with Associate's Degree), or
5+ years in optics (with Bachelor's Degree)
Background in optical alignment, test setup, and data processing
Requirements
Solid understanding of geometrical optics
Experience analyzing data using standard tools (e.g., Excel, MATLAB, Python)
Ability to learn technical procedures quickly and contribute to workflow improvements
Comfortable working in a research environment with evolving requirements and open-ended problem solving
Self-directed; able to work effectively with limited on-site supervision
Demonstrated safe-handling practices for sensitive optical components

Experience working in a cleanroom environment
