We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer III to support the design, development, and integration of advanced automation equipment within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on precision mechanical design, system integration, and performance optimization to support high-quality, reliable production processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components, fixtures, and systems for automation equipment
- Utilize CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor) to create detailed models and drawings
- Support the integration of mechanical systems into manufacturing processes
- Apply knowledge of motion control systems (servo motors, stepper motors, linear actuators) to develop high-precision solutions
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Perform simulations and data analysis to validate designs and improve system reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Design specifications
- Technical reports
- Validation and testing protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry requirements
