We are currently hiring experienced Water Recycling Technicians for oilfield operations in Midland, TX. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining water recycling systems used to treat produced water for reuse in field operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate filtration, chemical treatment, and recycling equipment
• Monitor water quality including TSS, bacteria, salinity, and other metrics
• Adjust chemical dosing and treatment parameters as needed
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot pumps, valves, and filtration systems
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Record operational data and complete daily reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5+ years of water treatment or oilfield operations experience
• Midstream/upstream oil & gas experience preferred
• Familiarity with produced water systems preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with pumps and filtration systems
• Basic understanding of chemistry and water quality metrics
• Ability to work long hours in field environments
