We are currently hiring experienced Mechanical Technicians to support oilfield and industrial field operations in Midland, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain pumps, compressors, motors, and rotating equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance and PM schedules
• Install and align mechanical components
• Work with field teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-7+ years mechanical maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Oil & gas or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of rotating equipment and hydraulics
• Ability to work long hours in field environments
