We are currently hiring experienced Automation Technicians for oilfield and industrial operations in Midland, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain SCADA systems and PLCs
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and control issues
• Calibrate sensors, transmitters, and flow meters
• Support upgrades and configuration changes
• Monitor real-time system data and performance
• Work with engineering teams on optimization projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-6+ years industrial automation or controls experience
• Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC systems
• SCADA system knowledge required
• Strong electrical and instrumentation background
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
