Sanitation Shift: Tuesday - Saturday (12:30 AM - 7:30 AM)
Sanitation Duties / Work Environment: 5 / 7 Hour Days
* Disassemble and Assemble of Production Equipment
* Following SSOP for cleaning of food grade production equipment
* Operating high pressure, hot water sprayers
* Hand scrubbing
* Assist in staying current on Master Sanitation schedule
* Wet - Rain Suit Provided Specific Skills:
* Follow Food Safety Policies and Procedures (P.P.E.)
* Take directions
* Teamwork
Breaks: * Paid breaks after every 2 ? hours of work, lasting about 20 minutes (times may vary)
Dress Code: * Come in street clothes. Company provided steel toe boots and uniform / smock. These do not leave the facility.
