Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
- One year minimum experience as Journeyman
- Proven experience as a construction electrician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and relevant national/local electrical codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
Skills
- Understanding of electrical theory and systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with testing tools (multimeters, voltmeters, etc.)
- Strong safety awareness
- Effective communication and teamwork
