- Support in obtaining bid coverage throughout the estimating process
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and bonds
- Prepare and Submit bids
- Coordinate schedules and timelines to meet deadlines
- Data input of inventory through invoices
- Prepare weekly Accounts Payable requirements
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in trades bidding.
- Strong computer and internet search skills
- Advanced in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of pdf
- Knowledge of bidding/estimating software
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Associates in Accounting preferred.
