Stefanini is looking for an Inside Sales representative in CANADA.
Inside sales role, which primarily takes calls on an inbound phone queue and sells direct to the consumer. Responds to customer inquiries. May direct customers to website or other company resources for information. Works effectively in a team environment. REPONSIBILITIES Transactional focus Typically assigned to a higher volume sales queue or specific segment Entry-level representative, learning segment and product/service offerings Regular coaching/mentoring required Frequent contact with leader Increases product knowledge Increases usage of different mediums (chat, social media, co-sharing of desktop, etc.)
English Administrative Associate Sales Reps – This role is an administrative type role with the potential of leading to a sales role in the future.We are looking for candidates that are self-driven with a strong desire for sales, as this role provides the ideal person to find a permanent Inside Sales position in the future. We’re basically looking for someone who is looking to grow from a junior assistant sales admin role; has some technical (IT) background and is self-motivating to be able to move forward towards their next role within the company (after 9-months).
JOB DUTIES: Support 4-5 Inside Sales Reps with the day-to-day administrative tasks such as processing purchase orders and assisting with post-sale items such as tracking, complaints, invoice issues, and customer returns. Possible additional tasks as assigned.
HOURS: M-F 9am-6pm.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken (ENGLISH).
• Min 1 year of sales experience, preferably in IT.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work under pressure.
