Stefanini is looking for a Call Center Support who will Answers calls, emails, and chat providing prompt, accurate, level service to clients including: promotions, coupon conversions, transaction history, how to play, how to create an account, geo-location, KYC, mobile app, second chance entries, etc.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
Promote and enhance excellent customer relations
Call Center and Customer Service experience
Shift will require weekends
