Stefanini is looking for a Print Marketing Implementation Specialist.
The Print Implementation Specialist is responsible for the effective execution of print tactics utilizing channel expertise. The Print Implementation Specialist translates tactic requirements into high quality outputs working with client’s channel execution service providers or internal expertise.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Works with Project Specialist(s) and Brand to validate timeline feasibility
  • Resolves or escalates issues to Project Specialist(s), Brand or Channel Lead
  • Conducts QA, proof reading, and reviews printer proofs to ensure produced asset matches the approved materials
  • Communicates any issues, with proposed mitigation steps, during or post execution to Project Specialist or Brand to identify any additional implications across tactics
  • Provides advisory services for Brand promotional print materials
  • Prepares job specifications, adjusts agency specifications, and distributes to potential suppliers for the purpose of obtaining competitive price quotations for planned projects
  • Manages all phases from initial scheduling, estimating/bidding, reviewing projects with creative and account services, quality control development, prepress, printing, delivery and financial follow through
  • Creates and maintains project progress in variety of tracking and approval systems
  • Monitors and ensures all projects are produced and distributed within regulatory guidelines
  • Works with our warehouse partner and Brand on projects’ inventory management lifecycles

Job Requirements


  • Undergraduate Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor in Science degree in marketing or communications
  • Executional experience in direct mail and commercial print
  • In-depth understanding of Print as a marketing channel
  • Understanding of marketing trends and innovations related to Print marketing
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Understanding of regulations involved with marketing pharmaceutical products
  • Works effectively in a multi-task environment
  • Sets and/or meets deadlines, schedules and goals
  • Computer Skills including Adobe Acrobat, File Share Systems and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Technical Knowledge:
  • Understanding of web to print systems, print on-demand technology, printing processes (e.g., 4 color process printing, silkscreen & digital printing)
  • Understanding of the marketing use of mail products (e.g., Direct Mail, Business Reply Mail, Postal Requirements)
  • Understanding of electronic file preparation, electronic pre-press/proofing, sheet-fed and web offset printing, bindery/finishing processes (e.g., perfect binding, saddle-stitching, gluing, etc.)
  • Experience with specialty print advertising, digital and large format printing, envelope printing/conversion
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Experience with special finishing processes (die-cutting, embossing, foil stampin
