What Will You Do?
  • Assisting with software procurement requests on a daily basis.
  • Checking queues and process software requests as well as validating proper licensing, when required.
  • Verifying the accuracy of information entered in to databases.
  • Comparing entered data with source documents.
  • Reviewing and correcting database information, when necessary. 
  • Compiling, sorting, and verifying accuracy of the data to be entered.
  • Processing various forms.
  • Resolving routine questions and problems, referring more complex issues to higher levels.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What You Need To Succeed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience. This is an entry level position.
  • MS Access experience.
  • Familiarity with databases and procurement activities.
  • Procurement knowledge.
  • Experience with Remedy ticketing tool or similar.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to interact with others and maintain good working relationships.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and in writing. 
  • Ability to carry out multiple tasks and meet deadlines and/or SLAs.
  • Ability to follow instructions furnished both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to thrive with fast-paced procurement processes. 
  • Knowledge and application of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the supported field.
  • Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision to perform assigned tasks.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform routine assignments.
