Job Description


We're looking for candidate to join Factory Support team for one our clients in Krak?w.
Person will be responsible for support of multiple manufacturing, tracking & logistics systems for large production plant.


Day-to-day tasks:


Provide maintenance and support for IT Systems (SAP, IMEL, SCADA, RFID, Stockware, AMCS, etc.,)

Analyze and understand IS related business requirements, perform gap assessments/interpret a project and the client"s requirements to identify potential solutions/new functionalities for those systems

Carry out feasibility studies on the requested IT system updates to suggest/implement alternative workflow solutions

Work closely with programmers and software developers to build requested solutions/new functionalities

Oversee testing to find problems before the final version of the system is released

Provide staff training and instruction manuals for new or upgraded systems

Analyze and define any information and technical needs resulting from the use of the systems to ensure the organizational needs are met by their optimal operation.

 
Job Requirements
 


* University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent will be an asset
* Good understanding of Service Management Processes (ITIL)
* Experience in SAP, SQL or Server-based Applications will be an asset
* Experience in manufacturing and logistics processes will be an asset
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Positive, can do attitude and ability to work with in a team
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to cope with stress and workload
* Willingness to participate in an on-call support model
* Hybrid work model (40% office-based), includes oncall availability (team works 24/7)
