Job Description

Role: Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager
Location: Luton/Milton Keynes/Bedford, UK

We are looking for Business Development manager who has hands on experience with Digital Workplace (Service Desk, Modern Enterprise, Chatbot, AI, Local Tech Support).  You will drive further business development at Stefanini EMEA, where you will establish and expand stable customer relationships with IT managers from medium-sized and large companies. As a member of the regional sales team, with the support of marketing and pre-sales colleagues, you will generate sustainable sales and constantly optimize your performance in order to continuously expand Stefanini's customer base.
 
Job responsibilities:
Develop a prospect network in the responsible region.
Evaluation of the IT needs of future and existing customers.
Professionalism and enthusiasm in presenting the Stefanini portfolio.
Building a high-quality sales pipeline and closing deals.
Disciplined use of our CRM system (Salesforce)
Achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets and targets.
Active contribution to the development and improvement of the Stefanini portfolio.

 
Job Requirements
 

Job requirements:
Strong communication, listening, consulting, and sales skills, coupled with good level of emotional intelligence
Existing Business Network
At least 5 years of professional experience in sales.
Experience with sales of IT products specially with Digital Workplace (Service Desk, Modern Enterprise, Chatbot, AI, Local Tech Support).
Experience selling digital transformation services, end user Services, application development and AMS.
Experience in working with top decision-makers (C-Level).
Proven experience selling IT outsourcing services and securing multi-year contracts with global clients.
Willingness to partake in international travel
Driver's license
Fluent English skills;
