Stefanini EMEA is currently looking for a Security Vulnerability Analyst to be part of our Cyber Security Services Delivery Center. 

Our new colleague will be joining a newly established, fast growing Security Vulnerability & Threat Management Team. Our future colleague will act as a technical point of contact and should be knowledgeable of vulnerability management tools and processes and demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with Stefanini clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as an escalation point for all local Client technical issues requiring support;
  • Provide vulnerability assessment scanning and guidance, false positive validation, compliance scanning and policy creation using various vulnerability management technologies as provided by the Client or as part of the Stefanini managed security services provider offering;
  • Review security vulnerabilities across a variety of technologies and environments to determine high risk vulnerabilities to business assets;
  • Perform risk/threat/vulnerability analysis and discovery as well as exploitation processes and techniques;;
  • Provide guidance to mitigate and defend against known risks and in judging the severity and impact of vulnerabilities as well as setting up priorities;
  • Responsible to integrate, analyze, and communicate relevant metrics to Clients and management.

Job Requirements

Professional skills and required qualifications:


  • 5+ years of professional IT experience in either, but not limited to systems administration, systems engineering, and/or TCP/IP network administration;
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Security role with a focus on patch management and vulnerability analysis;
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Assessment solution;
  • Experience with Vulnerability Assessment solutions such as Nessus, Nexpose, Qualys, Accunetix;
  • Knowledge of vulnerability classes and industry-standard classification schemes (CVE, CVSSv2, CVSSv3, CWE, CPE);;
  • Ability to analyze a software vulnerability in order to appropriately characterize threat, provide remediation advice, and assign a meaningful severity score/priority;
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT Networks, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS, Operating Systems and Enterprise integrations;
  • Good understanding in one or more areas: Cyber Security Incident Response, Cryptography, Threat Assessment, Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, Security Architecture and Design;
  • Advanced ability to recognizes, communicate, and mitigate information and technology risk;
  • Participate in knowledge sharing with other analysts and develop customer solutions efficiently;
  • Strong technical communication skills;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
