Job Description

A seasoned, experienced IT professional with a full understanding of enterprise-level IT deployments and the ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is a fully qualified, career-oriented, senior-level professional position. This role will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors, it will also demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for implementing solutions. Qualifications for this role typically require a minimum of 5 years of related experience with advanced degrees.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support in highly visible scenarios through the performance of the on-site installation, overseeing necessary diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Serves as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
  • All-encompassing aspects of field IT support are not limited to workstations but include networking/wireless networking
  • Network administration specialist performs configuration and installation of network infrastructure devices for project efforts and defect resolution
  • Leads on project implementation tasks related to client infrastructure
  • Works closely with the client and internal leadership to ensure equipment inventory is maintained and valid for client infrastructure needs
  • Engages with Stefanini PMO to perform critical functions and provide feedback on projects including site assessment, documentation needs, and build of material requirements for project implementations
  • Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client infrastructure support services
  • Takes ownership, investigates, and follows up on escalations related to client infrastructure support
  • Attends and participates in client and company meetings related to infrastructure
  • Provides new technology advisory services, testing, integration, and collaboration
  • Implements, monitors, and adheres to Best Business Practices
  • Conducts and presents root cause analysis as a part of improvement and quality initiatives
  • Performs other duties as assigned



 
Job Requirements
 


  • Bachelor's degree or greater required
  • Must have at least 5 Years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Technical certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+ or related certifications advantageous
  • Highly professional, results orientated
  • Positive attitude
  • Proactive self-starter, organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers
  • Proven ability to support challenging customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driving license and vehicle required, as business travel will be required
