Requirements:
- Full working proficiency with English;
- Experience supporting large environments;
- Working experience for Enterprise & Mid segment customer on Video platform;
- Excellent hands-on experience administering, configuring, and troubleshooting Video Conferencing and Microsoft Teams devices (rooms, phones, etc.);
- Experience with Cisco/Tandberg, Polycom, Lifesize or any other video conferencing systems;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365/MS Collaboration suite and experience in managing Digital Workplace and Collaboration Technologies;
- Technical troubleshooting and debugging experience;
- Scripting experience leveraging PowerShell and/or other programming languages;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls, and protocols;
- Knowledge of Voice communications;
- Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes i.e., Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, etc.;
- Experience working in ITSM platforms i.e., ServiceNOW, Microfocus, Remedy, etc.;
- ITIL Foundations certification is a plus;
- Technical Certification are a plus.
