Job Description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with overall responsibility for the delivery of the services within the Local Operations Services. The role is focused on achieving the SLA-s agreed with the client and oversee the processes managing the Continual Improvement process for all processes and services delivered.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the resources of the delivery team in terms of resource, planning, demand management and the prioritization of workload.
  • Establishing expectations, providing leadership, direction, and coaching 
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client.
  • Responsible for day-to-day delivery of, Deskside and/or Tech Staffing services.
  • Implement, monitor, and adhere to Best Practices.
  • Implement process improvements.
  • Manage to Scope of Work and Change of Scopes.
  • Assist with new launches or new business with client.
  • Assist with invoicing.

 
Job Requirements
 

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in management IT role or some combination of 3-5 years in IT operations.
  • In-depth understanding of IT industry dynamics.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High tolerance/evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Superior verbal, written, facility and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration and team leadership abilities.
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • ITIL Foundations experience a plus.
  • Some travel will be required.
  • Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
