Job Description

Leader with overall accountability for the delivery of the ServiceNow services within the department. 

The Deliver Manager will constantly focus on aligning all service offerings to department strategy by using Continual Improvement methods. 

  • Provides leadership and oversight to the Customer Service Managers, Software Engineering Leads and Business Analysts;
  • Ensures that the services and practices are constantly aligned to the department strategy and demand;
  • Actively promotes a culture of responsibility among all areas and roles;
  • Management and oversight of client escalations;
  • Engages and collaborates with Customer Service Managers to define tailored Continual Improvement programs;
  • Accountable for the Availability Management of all service offerings;
  • Accountable for the Capacity and Performance Management of all service offerings;
  • Accountable for the Workforce and Talent Management practice.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Service Management role;
  • Direct experience in complex management activities including supplier management and the delivery of complex IT services to customers;
  • Ability to communicate effectively across a complex and diverse group of stakeholders;
  • Deep and practical ITIL knowledge and experience;
  • Able to act independently, seeking consultation guidance and advice as appropriate.
