Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Security Architect to join our team and assist us in designing, securing and deploying cloud services at scale. The cloud security architect will be accountable for ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure, applications and data. The cloud security architect will also collaborate with other architects, engineers and stakeholders to establish and implement cloud security best practices and standards.

    Design, implement and maintain cloud security architecture and solutions for AWS with a strong focus on data security.
    Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities in cloud environments.
    Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards and guidelines that are then embedded into our cloud platforms.
    Provide guidance and support to other architects, engineers and developers on cloud security best practices and solutions.
    Research and evaluate new cloud security technologies and trends.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with large cloud deployments using AWS. The candidate should also have a comprehensive understanding of cloud security concepts, tools and frameworks, such as identity and access management, encryption, firewalls, monitoring, logging, auditing, etc. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and cooperate with cross-functional teams in a complex, international environment.

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information security or related field
    At least 5 years of experience working with large cloud deployments on AWS.
    Certifications in AWS and/or cloud security, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security Specialty, CCSP, CISSP, etc.
    Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts, tools and frameworks, such as identity and access management, encryption, firewalls, monitoring, logging, auditing, etc.
    Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
    Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, such as CI/CD, automation, orchestration, etc.
    Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work in a complex, international environment.
