This position performs a sequence of tasks that result in a clean safe and sanitary environment for employees and guests. This is done by using a variety of cleaning equipment, using a broad selection of cleaning solutions and floor-care products, following specific instructions covering proper mixing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Mop floor using cleaning solutions, tools and equipment
- Clean walls, windows and building fixtures
- Gathers and empties trash
- Dusts walls, desks, office equipment
- Mixes water and detergents in container to prepare cleaning solutions
- Refills kitchen supplies when they are low, assists with event clean up
- Any other items that may be required to support department managers re; cleaning/support.
- thorough cleaning of upper management offices (chairman, ceos’s, cfo, vp)
- Clean and detail all stainless steel appliances.
- Clean and detail all restrooms
