Assembly Health is looking for a creative, motivated problem solver to join our Chicago Team as an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will work closely across all teams to ensure that office is running in an efficient manner. What you will do
  • Assist in running the day-to-day operations for the Chicago Office.
  • Document Management by scanning, faxing, shredding, and e-file organization.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound mail and packages.
  • Order all office and business supplies including business cards, desk nameplates, etc.
  • Order all Provider Supplies and necessary PPE including scrubs and name badges.
  • Act as the building office liaison for any issues that may arise.
  • Own all administrator projects including restructuring file folder hierarchies, data entry, etc.
  • Manage verifications of employment
  • Assist on all benefit and payroll questions
  • Distribute annual compliance training to all employees
  • Contribute to the company newsletter
  • Event coordination for team lunch orientations and happy hours.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred
  • 2+ Years’ experience in an Office Administrator role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable individuals with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented individuals who are team players and self-starters
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity or a similar payroll system preferred.
  • Adaptable to change and willingness to learn different processes
