Position Title: Employee Service Center Coordinator
Reports to:  ESC Manager
Hours:  8:30 to 5:00pm ( 40 hours per week)
Corporate Benefit, non- exempt
Location:  Weymouth Corporate Office
BHI Energy is looking for a team player with strong written & oral communication and strong customer service skills for the Employee Service Center Team
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This is an administrative position will be responsible for assisting the recruiters, candidates, and the operations team throughout the recruiting and hiring process. This role will have an emphasis on executing and ensuring quality of administrative services provided to the organization. This position requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • This position will be part of the Employee Service Center team and will take calls from candidates, meet and greet visitors to BHI Energy corporate office and direct them to the correct recruiter or other department as needed.
  • Will also be responsible for real-time and accurate entry and updates to candidate resumes, uploading of hire documents to applicant tracking systems as well as professional correspondence and communications, both verbal and written.
  • Provides administrative support; specific operations/support role; project driven; learning technical skills.
  • Ability to work overtime to ensure the teams meets peak business needs is required
  • Other tasks as needed

Job Requirements

 

EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
 
EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ year of administrative, human resources coordinator, customer service and / or recruiting coordinator experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong Adobe skills
  • Proficient using outlook e- mail, calendaring
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
  • Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
  • Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvement
  • Must be able to stand and bend for long periods of time as filing is a significant part of this role.  Also must be able to talk with candidates on the phone and look up information on the computer.
  • Skills assessment to evaluate MS-Office knowledge and  data entry skills will be part of the interview process
