Civil Engineer - multiple wind farms within the upper Midwest.
 
 
BHI Energy has a 1+ year contract assignment for a Civil Engineer to support the design and construction of multiple wind farms within the upper Midwest.
 
Work assignment will include development/review of design drawing and specifications, participation of contractor procurement process, review of construction submittals, onsite support of equipment construction, construction inspections, and start-up testing. Work location will be shared time between corporate office and at wind farm construction sites.
 
Candidate must have a Bachelor of Science or advance degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college.
 
Specific experience within site grading and excavations or foundations design and installation is preferred.
Candidate needs to be a self-starting individual with strong communication skills and work habits.
 
Staff Augmentation:
• GSA per diem value, normally around $150/day, for duration of assignment
• No on-site expenses
• Expense up to $500 every month for return trip home - Only for individuals more than 100 miles from home address.
