BHI Energy is currently seeking a Landscape Grounds Maintenance technician to maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the grounds and facilities at the Cliffside Steam Station, located in Mooresboro, NC. This is a local hire positions and does not pay travel, Perdiem or any relocation fees. In this position duties include, but are not limited to the following: • Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, and walkways . • Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition. • Cleans and maintains facility, performs minor repairs, painting, etc. • May be required to assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and/or merchandise. • Maintains, services, cleans, and properly stores equipment. • Must have experience using hand held power tools such as weed cutter, push lawn mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum, blower, pruner, and utility carts.
Job Requirements
Must be able to pass a security background check.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must have a valid drivers license.
