Overview:
The person will have the responsibility for managing the Environment, Health & Safety programs in two facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
Be "on-the-floor" and engage with production associates to ensure safety protocols are complied with.
Maintain, evaluate and improve safety programs along with conducting monthly requisite training of staff
Manage plant safety, health and loss prevention programs along with appropriate documentation
Inspect the plant for unsafe conditions and take appropriate corrective action
Conduct new employee EHS orientation
Investigate, report and document all safety incidents and injuries
Manage the incident reporting with WC coordinator
Complete environmental inspections as required and complete all necessary reporting
Will travel to their Monroe, WI facility to perform these duties once per month
