Our client is looking for someone that will enhance and build new eCommerce-focused products. The Senior Product Manager on this team will be a full-stack player who works diligently with engineering, retail SMEs, and marketing leads to craft industry-best offerings that will be sold to retailers and brands across the globe.


Own the overall product strategy and roadmap.
Manage the backlog and prioritize features based on market and customer research, engineering capacity and expected customer value.
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Leverage first and third-party research to understand competitive SWOT.
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product and work with marketing to convert that into a full GTM.
Be comfortable with speaking and be an excellent demo host.
Understand financial goals to be able to set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Work with sales to get customer feedback and develop sales tools and collateral.
Brief and train the sales force at twice yearly sales meetings.
Serve as lead spokesperson for press and analysts.

Job Requirements


Experience in launching a high-growth, high-risk product or company.
A background in core eCommerce technology and/or operations (Payments and/or Fraud preferred)
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation.
Demonstrated thought leadership and creativity in product development and execution with limited resources.
Familiar with a wide range of tools and technologies, extensive experience building roadmaps and measuring outcomes.
Capable of collaboratively working with Product Marketing to create and properly message highly engaging, differentiated, and competitive products.
A work wherever, whenever kind of attitude.
Known for being passionate about their product, willing to measure everything, be able to admit failure, and always get stuff done. (but never say itís done).
Ability to effectively sell the roadmap to key stakeholders and senior leadership team members to gain consensus and secure funding.
Willing to challenge status quo, be assertive, and drive change.
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
