Client Engagement Specialist is involved in all facets of client support, client boarding, and customer service. This position directly supports the Director of Risk, National Account Manager, and the executive team. This position will perform customer service activities for merchant clients including; merchant boarding, terminal building, client communication, trouble shooting technical issues, along with assisting other customer service functions and general support activities.
? Board/enter approved merchants in software including pricing profiles and reserves
? Build payment terminals
? Build gateway profiles
? Troubleshoot technical issues
? Provide customer service to existing clients over the phone and email
Qualification and Skills
? College degree preferred
? Extremely detail oriented
? Ability to multi-task
? Good interpersonal skills
? Great communicator
