? Manage and lead senior level Account Executives to ensure merchant acceptance and brand positioning are consistent with our client?s U.S. and global strategy.
? Manage and lead ISO sales channel to expand brand awareness consistent with identified geographic markets and issuer/processor partnership.
? Develop and manage e-commerce strategy to best position our client to increase brand penetration, strategic merchant enablement as well as relationships with multi-currency acquirers.
? Identify and analyze new revenue sources leveraging our client?s current infrastructure & product positioning.
? Demonstrate exemplary sales and account management behaviors, outstanding leadership characteristics and ethical behaviors consistent with company?s high standards.
? Develop and execute short & long-term plans that complement our client?s bi-annual business cycle.
? Utilize industry contacts and experience as well as being a consultative partner. Plan meetings to positively influence our client?s enablement, sales, revenue and branding objectives.
? 5-7 years of merchant acquiring experience (ISO experience strongly preferred).
? Demonstrated leadership skills with strong client and people management experience.
? Market and industry knowledge within payments, along with good presentation and negotiation skills.
