Craft content for, schedule, and run weekly sales meetings as well as ongoing sales training sessions (for example, training on a new prospecting tool or sales process).
Organize and host events for the team, including new hire boot camp, Sales Kickoff, QBR meetings, and ad-hoc team building events.
Onboard new sales team members and walk them through the new hire checklist.
Maintain a content inventory and coordinate needs for new content.
Evaluate the current Sales Enablement Program and recommend improvements.
Own the sales process, create content, tools and resources to optimize sales effectiveness.
Build playbooks for existing sales tools to deepen the sales teamís adoption of these systems.
Scale and implement improvements for all training initiatives.
Sales Enablement Tech Stack Administration:
Maintain inventory of licenses for sales tech stack, order as required, and issue to new hires.
Provide Front Line Support to Sales for Sales Enablement Tech Stack and work directly with vendor support teams and account managers.
Negotiate contracts with Sales Enablement vendors (speakers, Tech Stack, outside trainers).
Administration of our sales enablement tool (including management of all content, ongoing measurement of sales team proficiency, & rolling out a continuing education program).
Administration of our content management system & handle ongoing maintenance of this platform.
Sales Enablement Program Analytics:
Own changes to existing reports/dashboards related to Sales Enablement Program Analytics and recommend changes to make them as effective as possible.
Recommend new reports or dashboards related to Sales Enablement Activities. Analyze the data in these reports to identify patterns and suggest changes for business benefit.
Ensure data in the reports is accurate. Be able to speak to the data to explain its source, accuracy, and what we can learn from it.
Minimum 5-8 years of related experience with 3-5 years Sales Enablement.
Understands the Challenger Sales Rep model, Sandler Sales Methodology, and is familiar with Value Based Sales processes.
Hands-on enablement person. Willing to sit with reps, listen in on calls, identify areas of opportunity for enablement.
Excellent presentation and writing skills.
Well-spoken and great at explaining complex concepts and translating difficult subjects into easy to digest modules.
Is awesome at organizing big sales events, working with conference call technology, and running meetings/training sessions.
