Support sales enablement by creating tools and training materials for messaging, product positioning, and competitive sales playbooks.
Support partner marketing, working closely with our Alliances & BD team to drive partner adoption growth and enablement.
Own product launches and go-to-market plans related to major and minor releases, including for customers and for prospects.
Recruit and build product marketing team as company grows.
Develop and maintain rich product content for the website, product collateral, and anywhere the message must be delivered.
Own and upgrade the corporate deck to more effectively persuade prospects.
Present at live events, webinars, demos, and analyst briefings.
Construct product tours, ROI / TCO models, slideware, interactive tools, videos, etc. to better illustrate value, benefits, and workflows.
Has 5 years+ of Product Marketing experience for B2B companies, preferably for a SaaS/Cloud solution. No B2C marketers, please.
Has owned a progressive product marketing portfolio that successfully supported midmarket / enterprise sales.
Possesses strong strategic thinking, positioning, and messaging skills.
Experience in producing competitive playbooks to train sales on our positioning – competition is very important.
Technically proficient. Can learn and translate technical features and functions into value messages that are persuasive.
Knows how to frame a discussion and tell and design a compelling story with PowerPoint / Google Slides.
Prior management experience a major plus.
Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoys and gives confident, persuasive live and recorded presentations.
Results and measurement oriented. An analytical thinker.
Prior experience messaging to the office of the CFO, finance, accounts payable, or back office operations is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail. Experience supporting channel / partner marketing a plus.
Is naturally inquisitive, forward-thinking, and opportunistic about improvement.
Ability to influence and work with others in a cross-functional team.
Startup experience a major plus.
