Growing credit union looking for Debit and Credit Card Director/VP
-Manages the assigned plastic product lines and leading new product development.
-Utilize market research, member feedback, industry trends, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and improvements to payments products and functions to upper management for consideration.
-Develop strategies, policies, plans and budgets that support the Credit Union"s business objectives and evaluates progress on a regular basis.
-P&L responsibility for assigned product lines.
-Maintain knowledge of emerging card and payment industry trends. Build strategies to combat competitive threats and increase share of wallet.
-Develop procedures and reporting tools for effective information and decision-making; analyzes productivity and transaction trends using reports. Ensures policy and procedures are maintained and updated as needed.
-Maintain strong business relationships with vendors and develop new relationships with vendors as needed. Vendor management responsibility for Visa and Visa DPS.
-Prepares management and board reports.
-Has broad experience managing various plastic products including debt, credit, and their ancillary services.
-Likes working with other people while leveraging the strengths and talents of others.
-Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, while managing and meeting multiple deadlines.
-Takes pride in verbal and written presentation skills.
-College degree preferred. Must have 2-5 years of progressive cards experience with direct responsibility for product management.
