Details:

-Work with sales to package solutions that solve problems.
-Manage the implementation and launch of solutions
-Provide direction on support and customer service required for solutions
-Provide and/or coordinate the training to customers (internal and external) on the usage of solutions.
-Become an expert on partner APIs and how to best deploy them to create solutions.
-Work with internal teams and customers to analyze problems and begin to formulate possible solutions. -Present technical demonstrations and help customers make the most of their solutions and integrations.

PREFER ST. LOUIS AREA BUT WOULD CONSIDER REMOTE FOR RIGHT PERSON

 
Job Requirements

 
Details:

-Knowledge of payment network infrastructure, products (payment hardware and software)
-Has experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
-A great communicator, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Desire to forge new paths for a fast-growing company.
-Strong desire to advance with the company while creating new opportunities for many. Career path would include both technical and leadership roles like solutions architect, sales engineer, chief programmer, CTO, etc.
-Experienced working in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment.
-Willingness and ability to work internally with salespeople pitch solutions to clients and to PM the associated implementation, which will require a high degree of adaptability and social finesse.
-Capable of intuitively understanding requirements of an idea and translating that into a blueprint for the solution using available resources.
-Broad understanding of available technology, software, hardware, and how they work together.
-Ability to construct solutions and manage multiple products and vendors to reach desirable outcomes.

-Abstract critical thinking skills
-Identify patterns.
-Recalling and adapting solutions that have worked in similar situations.
-Interested in solving open ended business problems with a combination of technology and creative thinking.
-Bachelor"s Degree in computer science or equivalent success in work experience
-Experience with Salesforce Enterprise Lighting Edition a plus
