Job Requirements


-10+ years" of B2B Fintech Sales experience; 5+ years" experience in a Sales leader role; Payments/Fraud experience direct to merchants desirable
-Proven history of success in leading early-stage tech organizations during growth phase ? experience in clearly and directly contributing to the bottom-line growth of the organization by leading teams that consistently meet or exceed net new growth/sales projections
-Experience establishing quotas, budgets, sales compensation plans, pricing optimization, and process for regular reporting cadence
-Experience leveraging data and analytics to effectively monitor sales pipeline and effectiveness of individual reps
-Effective communicator with the ability to articulate a clear vision and value proposition to customers, partners, and team
-Open, engaging, action-oriented leader who inspires and holds others accountable
-Executive presence with regular interaction with C-suite and board of directors
-Ability to travel up to 50%
