Provide outstanding guest service based on Rosen Standards through prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverage. Ensure proper presentation of VIP and other guest amenities. Accurately close guest checks. Coordinate table/tray pick-ups. Complete side work and prep work before and after each shift.
This job requires extensive walking, bending, answering phone, lifting up to 40 lbs., cleaning, and food handling for the entire shift. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least six month of relevant experience. Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and the general public.
