Provide outstanding guest service by serving food and beverage to restaurant guests, pre-setting the restaurant, maintaining side work stations, clearing tables during and after each meal, and properly storing equipment at the end of each shift. Courteously handle all guest requests based on Rosen Standards to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
This job requires extensive walking, bending, talking, answering phone, lifting up to 50 lbs., cleaning, and food handling for the entire shift. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of relevant experience. Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and the general public.
