The position is responsible for communicating with members/visitors in a highly professional manner; retaining membership, answering calls, answering member questions, and various clerical tasks as assigned.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, briskly walk and lift up to 40Ibs. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Proficient computer and technology skills preferred.
