Primary Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver informational assets to faculty and department chairs for their demonstration of learning (DOL) reports, program reviews, and departmental assessments.
Collaborate with the Assistant Provost of Institutional Effectiveness to extract data and generate reports to support the evaluation of programs, assessment of student learning, accreditation self-study, and institutional effectiveness.
Facilitate improvement in the collection, storage, and documentation of faculty data.
Collaborate with end users to understand objectives and goals for data reporting needs.
Administer internal surveys using tools like Qualtrics, in collaboration with Institutional Research Specialist and Assistant Provost of Institutional Effectiveness
Manage special research, data collection, and benchmarking projects as assigned.
Develop and maintain documentation for campus-wide data governance efforts.
Administer surveys from publishers such as HERI, NSSE, etc.
Provide support to Institutional Research Specialist in responding to surveys from Princeton Review, US News, etc.
Assist in preparation and administration of Data Governance Committee meetings. Also takes and distribute notes, and coordinate activities.
Help maintain the Enterprise Data Analytics website.
Update annual institutional publications (e.g., fact book, fact brochure, ad hoc reports, etc.) and publish them on website using a dashboarding tools like Tableau.

Requisitos de trabajo


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor"s degree or degree seeking.
Relevant experience handling data reporting and other administrative tasks on a data team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information in accordance with state, federal, and institutional guidelines.
Ability to work independently at times and to collaborate with others in a team-driven environment when needed.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness and ability to expand technical skillsets.
Knowledge and practice of multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in higher education administration.
Familiarity with data querying and using survey tools like Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Google Forms, etc.
