HSS Is currently seeking a TASKFORCE Managers for to travel for various clients Nationwide. 

Types of positions:
* General Managers (GM)
* Assistant General Managers (AGM)
* Director of Operations/Rooms Division
* Executive Housekeeper | Housekeeping Manager
* Director of Food & Beverage
* Executive Chefs | Sous Chef | Kitchen Managers
* Catering | Banquet Managers
* Director of Sales and/ or Marketing

We offer great assignments from a minimum of 2 weeks+, Nationwide with all types of clients
Require Prior Taskforce Hospitality Experience
Can be w2 or 1099
Paid Transporation, Room and Board
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the resources for the assignement (people, property as determined)
  • Interface with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Follow and ensure accurate financial accounting procedures.
  • Provide leadership and direction to department heads to ensure that all matters and tasks are handled in a timely manner and guest expectations are met.
  • Oversee the recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervision of all personnel including disciplinary actions and terminations when appropriate as needed.
  • Quickly and effectively address issues which would adversely affect the operation of the resort or guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce resort rules and standards. Resolve guest complaints.
Key Qualifications:
*        Minimum 2-3 years hotel/resort taskforce  experience in area of expertise
*        Ability to Travel as needed for assignments
*        Professional verbal and written communication skills
*        Strong organizational and time management skills
*        Exceptionally strong customer service orientation
*        Strong Computer Skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook
*        At least 2-3 Profesional references must be provided prior to any assignment being offered
