Our client is a manufacturer of custom-made large-scale industrial machines. They are seeking an early career Service Writer/Customer Service Manager to spec, sell and ship aftermarket parts for their machinery. This supports the rebuilding and repair of existing equipment within the field. Base pay is $55k - $60k/year the 1st year, $65k - $75k/year the 2nd year, after commissions kick in. Benefits are exceptional.
Must have strong mechanical aptitude; able to read blueprints and spec solutions.
Must have some sales experience; to quote and sell solutions after they are spec'ed.
Must have leadership skills; this position manages other Customer Service Reps and sends Travel-Techs to customer sites.
Must be able to manage shipping, tracking and invoicing for all orders.
