Human Castle Recruiting is assisting an elite equipment manufacturer in the Buffalo Northtowns in the acquisition of a perm-hire on-site Quality Manager. This is a high-profile role with a compensation reaching $150K per year. Position includes top-tier benefits along with 2 yearly bonuses.
Duties include:
Provide Quality leadership and continuous improvement
Handle responsibility for QMS
Manage Six Sigma change initiatives
Support new product launches/ change control/ validation
Ensure that SHEQ systems and processes deliver optimally
Promote a culture of change to greater improvement
Supporting Standardization
Handle department resources/capacity planning/budgeting
Process & procedure improvements, best practices, employee reviews
Handle Supplier and internal audits, resolve conflicts
Manage NCR (Non-Conformance) System and VCR (Verification Conformance Request) System
Preferred:
Leadership experience
ISO9000 Lead Assessor experience
Working knowledge/Practice of Lean/Six Sigma
Knowledge of CGMP and/or GAMP
SPC experience
