We have an open receptionist area filled with bench seating with an array of large windows to make you feel right at home. We are currently looking for a veterinary receptionist to help greet our wonderful clients we serve in the Greenfield area. If you have an outgoing personality and love to interact with pets and their families and make the first impression a lasting one, we would love to hear from you. As veterinary receptionist, must be able to provide excellent customer care in accordance with hospital policy and promote gold standard medical care.

Here is a scope of the responsibilities and requirement for this incredible opportunity:

Provide feedback and changes to the training program, reception related training as necessary, Share input to the hospital manager for 360-degree employee performance. Check-in and Check-out appointments, maintain excellent client communication, record all pertinent medical, client and case related information in the patient record accurately with appropriate grammar, terms and accurate information, Review medical records, estimates or discharge instructions with clients, provide client care for scheduling appointments, taking payments and checking in clients, Answer the phones in a courteous and informative way, Cleaning and Maintenance, Assist in all daily duties for clinic care, Participate in any special cleaning duties, Identify areas or items needing additional attention, Experience with AVImark practice management software is a plus!
