- Operate all heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner;
- Conduct pre-shift/post-shift walk-around safety inspections;
- Actively participate in daily toolbox meeting and complete daily FLRA card;
- Log and report any maintenance concerns with the equipment;
- Coordinate activities with other operators;
- Complete production reporting and other documentation as required
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
- Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience operating Dozers in a road building, mining, and/or industrial setting
- 3+ years of direct experience with a Dozer including but not limited to; final grading, sloping, ditching
- Experience with using GPS in equipment is an asset
- Previous experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life
- Possess and maintain a valid drivers license appropriate to the requirements of the vehicle being driven
- Incorporates HS&E concepts into work activities and demonstrates concern for others health & safety (co-workers, clients, and sub trades
- Capable of working independently in a fast paced environment with good safety awareness
- Experience with radio communications and protocols
- Willing and capable of committing to a 2x2 rotation.

Location: This is a site-based role based in Northern Ontario, Canada.Shift / Rotation: 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out. 11.5 hour shifts.Rate: Competitive hourly rate with overtime, comprehensive benefits, company rewards program.
