Join Preferred Podiatry Group (PPG) and play a critical role in building our team by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across clinical and non-clinical roles nationwide. As a Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer acceptance, while partnering closely with leadership to support growth across a multi-specialty platform.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Recruiting & Onboarding.
What you will do:
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Onboarding
~ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, including clinical providers and operational team members across multiple markets.
~ Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with the organization's care model and culture.
~ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
~ Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, market dynamics, and role requirements.
Drive the offer process, including compensation discussions, verbal offers, and closing candidates.
~ Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process to ensure engagement and transparency.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
~ Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events.
~ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles across both clinical and operational functions.
~ Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
~ Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Recruitment Strategy & Marketing
~ Partner with Marketing to enhance job postings, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
~ Contribute to social media and digital recruiting strategies to increase candidate engagement.
~ Analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) and adjust strategies accordingly.
~ Continuously refine messaging to effectively communicate the organization's value proposition to candidates.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
~ Work closely with Operations, Clinical Leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment from hiring through start date.
~ Participate in regular recruiting and onboarding meetings to review pipeline, hiring progress, and priorities.
~ Identify gaps in the recruiting process and implement solutions to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
~ Support the development of scalable recruiting processes and workflows within the ATS.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-growth environments.
- Experience recruiting across multiple role types (clinical, operational, or corporate roles) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.

The compensation for this position is: $60,000 - $85,000 annually. Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
