Experience should include 10 - 15 years of business experience in technology, preferably in a complex technology environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience). A CPA is preferred.

Exceptional analytical and real-time problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to provide solutions.

Strong knowledge in revenue recognition in IFRS and ASC 606.

Functional knowledge of international taxation and legal entity accounting.

Detailed understanding of current SEC, US GAAP, and current technical accounting pronouncements, especially revenue recognition is highly desired.

Demonstrated skills in implementing processes and systems to leverage staffing level requirements.

Knowledge of financial systems and tools. Oracle and Workiva experience are a distinct plus.
