Despite having broad ranging capabilities, they do have a niche focus around Digital Accessibility and Inclusive web design/development. They work with Digital Agencies as well as major corporations to deliver fully responsive and fully accessible digital solutions in a collaborative and consultative manner.
This Product Owner / Project Coordinator position is a critical hire for the team as they will be responsible for the success of multiple long-term digital, web, and web-based applications for their largest client account. Representing and prioritizing the business value needs of this enterprise-level client to the internal development team, while effectively communicating and educating the client, in turn, places the Product Owner/ Project Coordinator as the point person for the client services digital team. This is an agile work environment and you will collaborate closely with developers, the QA team, and other members of the client services team. They follow SCRUM methodology and utilize Kanban, so there is daily participation in the stand-up and refinement meetings. It really is a self-organizing team and there are a lot of cross-training and continued education opportunities for everyone on the team, particularly towards Accessibility.
