Details:

We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our IT team and lead data integration efforts with a primary focus on SQL Server development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and tuning complex SQL stored procedures and queries to support enterprise data initiatives, ensuring high data quality, performance, and reliability. Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) is a plus.

Design and implement ETL processes with a strong emphasis on SQL Server for data extraction, transformation, and loading. 
* Develop, optimize, and tune complex SQL stored procedures, queries, and scripts for data staging, transformation, and validation. 
* Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient SQL solutions.
 * Maintain and enhance existing SQL-based ETL jobs and workflows to support evolving business needs.
 * Monitor SQL job performance and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, job failures, and latency. * Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
 * Document SQL processes, data mappings, and technical specifications. 
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities across development, QA,  

 
Job Requirements
 
Details:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 

* 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server development, including stored procedure development and query tuning. 

* Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. 

* Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques. 

* Familiarity with SAP BODS, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other SAP modules is a plus. 

* Knowledge of job scheduling tools and version control systems. 

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

* Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. 

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
