Overview
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused and hands-on consultant to drive architecture governance, manage the product portfolio for the Technology Architecture team, and support planning and prioritization across architecture ecosystem. Will serve as an enabler for the Head of Technology Architecture, ensuring alignment across architectural domains, backlog coordination, and visibility into quarterly and annual planning and roadmaps.
Skills required for the consultant: Strong communication and stakeholder management, a high-level understanding of architecture and technology domains, and a passion for bringing structure and clarity to complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate architecture governance processes, including standards, principles, and artifact management (such as reference architectures, decision records, and capability models).
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Domain, Solution and Enterprise Architects) to align governance frameworks and drive consistency.
- Maintain a clear view of the product portfolio for the Technology Architecture team, with a potential expansion.
- Track and report on progress, dependencies, and risks across the entire architectural ecosystem.
- Act as a central point of contact for architecture-related initiatives and communications and enable effective collaboration across product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
- Coordinate and continuously improve processes related to architecture engagement, backlog management, and cross-team coordination.
