Cloud Foundations product is a set of global, secured and well governed Cloud services. The product offers standards, best practices, and well architected Cloud services focused on the development of new and current IaaS and Serverless Computing. The product is developed based on agile methodologies to support digital products and use cases.
What will you do?
Developing and implementing client standard solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) in an organizational level e.g. network, patching, backup, policies, access, etc.
Managing existing and upgrading/migrating legacy Infrastructure as Code stacks.
Responding to cloud environment issues and monitoring alerts (ex. portal access, security findings, etc.)
Assisting users with access-related issues and requests using tools to ensure adherence to security best practices including MFA, key management, etc.
Ensuring the overall health of all Cloud environments with regards to patching, anti-virus, backups, performance thresholds, etc...
Assisting the users with any Day2 troubleshooting issues.
Migrating to new releases of Terraform, Bitbucket, etc.
Creating and maintaining Runbook and other support documentation.
Adhere to ITIL processes (change, problem, configure, incident management).
Apply agile methodology and the Scrum framework while working closely with the product development team and the product owner.

What do you need to succeed?
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Cloud based hands on experience in AWS
Strong working experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) especially working with Terraforms and AWS Cloud Formation
Solid knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle utilizing the DevOps framework around CI/CD.
Very good understanding and experience in networking and security knowledge, such as routing, firewall, VPN, TCP/IP, VPC, SG, Anti-virus, security risk remediation etc.
Mandatory Skills:
Good track record of hands-on working experience with AWS services.
Experience supporting production Cloud workloads using native and 3rd party tools.
Good interpersonal skills especially with a diverse and global user base.
Good knowledge of CI/CD tools, processes, and procedures (e.g. Jenkins)
Good knowledge of code and binary repositories (e.g. GitHub or BitBucket)
Good knowledge of Terraform or equivalent provisioning and automation tooling for building, changing, and versioning infrastructure
Some knowledge of Automation and Configuration Management toolsets (e.g. Ansible)
Hands on experience in scripting skills like PowerShell, Ruby, Python, or Bash
Hands on experience and good working knowledge with Infrastructure as Code concepts
Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)
